PS: Don’t use me instead use I Am. Me is an assessment that has to be grounded, and can be ungrounded.

Night Walk ~Poem
This is Straight from my heart not even edited at all with my brain. The ones I love best.
I wrote after taking a walk in the Great Smoky’s National park near a beautiful river in the woods in the middle of the night 11 to 2 am. I didn’t really look at my watch becuase didn’t have any technology with me while I was camping.

Night Walk
Hard as Cyrstal
All attention on me
Nothen else Can Be Seen
Safety and Peace
Silence in the Night
Visions of Spheres
A deep Note for One.
I am Master,
I am pupil
Rocks speak to me
River Flows through Me
I am Crystal Clear
I Bathe in the Silence and Song
I Star I See Fall
Alone and Ago
Ah my Balance , It needs a Go
I rest Against A Rock
Breathing in the Air
Steps to go, Path to Flow
Home, Home awy from Home
Finds me, Peace and Joy
For All of Me
Return & Go.

He Who Tells the Best Story…
A clergyman was walking down the street when he came upon a group of
about a dozen boys, all of them between 10 and 12 years of age.
The group surrounded a dog. Concerned lest the boys were hurting the
dog, he went over and asked “What are you doing with that dog?”
One of the boys replied, “This dog is just an old neighborhood stray.
We all want him, but only one of us can take him home. So we’ve decided
that whichever one of us can tell the biggest lie will get to keep the dog.”
Of course, the reverend was taken aback. “You boys shouldn’t be having
a contest telling lies!” he exclaimed. He then launched into a ten minute
sermon against lying, beginning, “Don’t you boys know it’s a sin to lie,”
and ending with, “Why, when I was your age, I never told a lie.”
There was dead silence for about a minute. Just as the reverend was
beginning to think he’d gotten through to them, the smallest boy gave a
deep sigh and said, “All right, give him the dog.”

I know that I give up my power of choice and give into the tribal comfort zone when I use the word “you” instead of using the word “I”.
Well everyone I just got off a wonderful call with some friends where we were talking about the differences in using the word “I” vs “You” in conversations. It was a wonderful look at being able to own the own power of my voice and what I say when I am in conversation.
Also, I had a big win today.
Because of a conversation that I had with a person they where able to shift their view of lack to a view of abundance in the world. I truly love my life and the power that language and conversations can have on my daily life and those that i interact with.
May I always be able to serve the people that I connect with everyday in a powerful way.
Hint for the day: If you want to give depression a big kick, just take a new Action that is in line with your Heart Virtue and for some reason it will be very hard to discover what or where the depression was.
