About

May 16th, 2008

Hi, I am committed to Self-Empowerment and Connection. I am professional trained by the Newfield Coaching Network in Ontology. To tell you a little about my self. I starting on a journey to discover myself and to share my experience and learning with others.

In High school I was alone and depressed with no friends thinking that there wasn’t much to live for but then in July of 2006 I took a small workshop where I learned how to forgive and accept myself and others. From that day I have been on a journey where I have discovered my Mission and Purpose for being here on this earth and who I Am.

A big point for me was when I discovered my Heart Breath. This is something I am willing to die for that’s non-negotiable and indestructible at the center of my heart and is driving my life. It is what gives me my greatest happiness in life when honored or my greatest sadness when it is being blocked or violated.

Some of the things that I  love to do areFollow DarrenGibson talking with new friends, white water Kayaking, Hiking, Nature, talk time with the family, Cooking, NLP, EFT, Ontology, Emotional territory of learning, my body and how it  functions, reading energy, and if you want more I would love to hear from you.  send me a message via
