I am committed to acceptance and oneness.
Never underestimate the capacity of something other-than-human to bring self awareness and consciousness to your humanness in a way no human ever can. I experienced feeling naked and vulnerable with intense emotion and revealing awareness at the Equine experience. Being with a horse in a ring alone is an experience beyond words.

Some things that I have taken away from the workshop.
Take things with easy and breath.
Be yourself trusting that you are safe in the world by doing nothen else than being yourself in every moment of the day. Connect with nature where there is a special wisdom in beingness.
