What Courageous Act will You Take Today?

I watched this video this evening. It has many snapshot moments where I felt my Heart Virtue™.

I feel sad knowing that this world is so abundant and I see that so many people have lost sight of it or there has just been alot of blocks put up in their way of seeing. The only reason that I am posting tonight is to say. I CARE.  I care about the people around me and those that are in a darkness that are coming to see that there are awesome lights in the world. I believe that when people rediscover their heart virtue, themselves, that this world becomes a better place. This is kinda of like a letter to myself, I will not give up. I know that when you are down and feel like stopping that you will get up and take that courageous act Darren.

It is part of my vision to see that this is a better world because of myself living today. It is my prayer with faith that I be such a being that is always giving more value to others. I accept that I am this intention.

I am looking down right now and I see a comment “The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share your riches, but to reveal to him his own.”  by Benjamin Disraeli

This has made me think about a poem that I read in Marshall Rosenberg’s book “Nonviolent Communications.”

I feel so sentenced by your words,
I feel so judged and sent away,
Before I go I’ve got to know
Is that what you mean to say?

Before I rise to my defense,
Before I speak in hurt or fear,
Before I build that wall of words,
Tell me, did I really hear?

Words are windows, or they’re walls,
They sentence us, or set us free.
When I speak and when I hear,
Let the love light shine through me.

There are things I need to say,
Things that mean so much to me,
If my words don’t make me clear,
Will you help me to be free?

If I seemed to put you down,
If you felt I didn’t care,
Try to listen through my words
To the feelings that we share.
